Working with inemmo Business Consulting is very rewarding. We asked inemmo to work with us as we needed their assistance in dealing with a huge backlog of work; largely due to the rapid expansion of our business. With any organisational change, comes the fear of losing one’s job. I found myself in the position where I had to apply for a position within the new structure. I wanted to prepare myself for the impending gruelling interview and assessment centre process that I was about to undertake. I approached Joy with my cries for help and support. Joy came to my assistance, immediately. She spent hours working intensely with me; guiding me, challenging me and empowering me, in preparation for the challenges that lay ahead. Joy came prepared and was very knowledgeable and informed; I was surprised at her knowledge of the NHS. Without getting into too much detail, I was pleasantly surprised to find that, despite the time difference, Joy was punctual, alert and exceedingly helpful.
